Suicide Prevention Training Offered for Parents Starting in March

Starting Thursday, March 17th the Student Support Services will be offering suicide prevention classes for parents, in Gillette. This class will include how to identify suicidal signals and warning signs. How to deal with and help someone with these warning signs, along with who to contact for someone in crisis will be shown in class.
The class will be held at the Kid Clinic, in room 140 at 6 p.m. For more information or to sign up please contact Katie Jacobson-Ellison at (307)-686-7198. Seating is limited so make sure to call in advance. Suicide can be prevented and with this class someone may save a life.
