Stash Your Trash & Beautify Your Town This Saturday!

Gillette is hosting two beautification/clean-up efforts this upcoming Saturday, September 26th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m – The Community Wide Clean-up and Coal Country Trash-a-thon.

The Community Wide Clean-up allows citizens to get rid of unwanted items at no cost. They can bring those items down to City West and dispose of them safely and responsibly. This service is available to City of Gillette solid waste consumers.

The Coal Country Trash-a-thon is here again this year keeping Gillette in exquisite conditions by picking up roadside litter. Challenge your friends and family this Saturday to pick up 2 or more trash bags full, and dispose of them at City West as well. You can find this “challenge” by checking out the Coal Country Trash-a-thon event on the City of Gillette’s Facebook page.
